Our Merlot is from the famed Gimblett Gravels region in Hawke’s Bay known for its warm climate and free-draining gravels. Fermented in small stainless steel tanks with cultured yeasts and gentle maceration to enhance the fruit forwardness. The wine was thenaged in French oak for 9 months.
