Sourced from the Southern Valleys, this Pinot Noir underwent fermentation in open-top fermenters. 20% whole bunch was added and the wine was hand-plunged. This pinot noir, with its savoury and earthy notes, is complemented by bright red cherries, raspberries, and a hint of cinnamon spice. The juicy palate flows seamlessly towards a fruit-driven core of crunchy red currants, dried cranberries, black olive, and subtle hints of toasted coconut.
